This blog chronicles my goals to…

Complete the Master Knitter program and create a line of original hand knit designs.

I grew up in Chicago and now live in Raleigh, N.C. with my husband and our three boys.  I am often described as “the girl who can’t sit still”.   Maybe this is why my WiP list is so long or more likely it’s just a trait common to all of us knitters.

And while knitting has always been a way for me to unwind at the end of the day, I have found that after spending years as an IT auditor, computer consultant/programmer, and most recently as a real estate broker, I want to try my hand at designing knitwear.  After a bit of research, I can tell it won’t be a piece of cake, but that is part of what makes it so appealing!

I plan to study techniques, color theory and design processes in my attempt to reach my goals.  Follow my blog to participate in my journey.

Oh and if you have time…  take a look at my Bucket List and let me know what you think!
